I was a person who has been sickly all my life and in my early twenties. I was hospitalized with mono. Ever since, I seem to "catch" every germ that walked by. I was having migraines on a weekly basis and sinus infections every month. I asked for the guidance and answers to how I can live a better life and help other do the same. Shortly after asking, I found liquid nutrition. I started taking it as I hated pills and within two months I had more energy, was not needing a nap in the afternoon and then I realized I was not getting sick anymore. So here I am living proof of living a better, healthier life.
